Underfloor Cooling Systems

Underfloor cooling systems work in the same way as underfloor heating. The obvious difference is that chilled water is passed through the pipes laid under your floor instead of hot water. It’s actually possible to use the same system to heat one room and cool another simultaneously. The chilled water for an underfloor cooling system comes from an air supply or ground source heat pump, or a chiller.
